Michael Chavez

As a seasoned real estate agent, Michael brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. His journey began when he relocated from California to Las Cruces, New Mexico, accompanying his mother. Having been raised by a single parent, Michael witnessed firsthand the determination and resilience required to provide a stable life.

Transitioning into civilian life, Michael embarked on a career as a mortgage loan officer for Bank of America in Albuquerque. His exceptional abilities quickly propelled him to become a top producer in the mortgage industry. While stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas, Michael made the decision to return to his roots in Las Cruces, where a delightful surprise awaited him.

In September of 2007, Michael married the love of his life, Belinda Chavez, and together they embarked on a new venture: BMC Management, Real Estate Services, and property management. This opportunity allowed them to embrace their true calling and leverage their collective skills and knowledge.
