Our commission is a percentage of the gross rent collected; if we don’t collect the rent, we don’t get paid.  Our Services include the following:
 

• All applications are processed to ensure a qualified tenant by running credit checks, background checks, employment and income verification, as well as rental history.

• Your property will be advertised at no additional cost to you utilizing our website, printed flyers for distribution and internet sites.

• All maintenance related issues are scheduled with licensed and insured vendors for the protection of your property.

• We will conduct routine inspections to ensure and enforce tenant conformance.

• We handle the entire eviction process, court appearance and process service without any additional cost to you, other than the court fees which will be charged back to the tenant.

• In House Accounting and Billing

• We will supply the owner with a monthly report of income and expenses along with your monthly draw either by check or direct deposit into your checking account
